1. Consultation Fee

A consultation fee of £50 is applicable for all initial consultations. This fee secures the appointment slot and covers the professional assessment by our experts.

2.Non-Refundable Nature

Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable. 

3. Understanding and Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with Vamped Medical Aesthetics, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Consultation Policy. These policies are designed to streamline our processes and ensure the best possible service for all our clients.

4. Acknowledgment

Clients scheduling an appointment with Vamped Medical Aesthetics agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Change of Service Policy..



Confidentiality and Respect:

Suspected intoxication will be handled discreetly and with utmost respect for client privacy at all times.

Policy Acknowledgment:

By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to adhere to our Alcohol and Drugs Policy, understanding and accepting the terms and conditions outlined herein.


Booking Fee  Policy - Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD

This policy details the terms and conditions regarding the deposit requirement for securing treatment bookings at Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD ("the Company").

1. Booking Fee Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is mandatory to secure a treatment booking. 

2. Consent Form and Understanding of Risks

Prior to administering any treatment, clients will be required to read and sign a Vamped Medical Aesthetics Consent Form. Your signature indicates your acknowledgment and understanding of the associated risks and benefits of the treatment.

3. Refund Policy

Treatments administered by Vamped Medical Aesthetics are non-refundable. Treatments are not eligible for refunds once administered.

4. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By scheduling a treatment appointment with Vamped Medical Aesthetics, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in our treatment deposit policy. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.

5. Policy Updates

Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients will be subject to the Policy in effect at the time of their booking.

Cancellation  Policy - Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD

Patients undergoing anti-wrinkle services at Vamped Medical Aesthetics acknowledge and agree to the following information:

  1. Acknowledgement of Aftercare Instructions:Patients recognise and acknowledge the critical nature of aftercare instructions provided by the independent nurse prescriber for optimal results following anti-wrinkle treatments.
  2. Patient Responsibility for Aftercare:Patients understand and accept their personal responsibility in adhering to the aftercare guidelines provided by the independent nurse prescriber post-treatment.
  3. Disclosure of Lifestyle and Substances:Patients expressly acknowledge and agree that any undisclosed lifestyle changes, consumption of certain substances, or unreported medical alterations post-consultation or treatment might significantly affect treatment outcomes. Vamped Medical Aesthetics cannot be held accountable for any changes in treatment outcomes resulting from these undisclosed factors.
  4. Review and Additional Procedures:The independent nurse prescriber holds the sole discretion in deciding on any additional treatment or procedures post the Two-Week Review. They retain the right to refuse further work if it is deemed detrimental to the patient's health or anatomy. It's imperative to note that any revisions post the Two-Week Review will be subject to charges at standard rates. Only one review per treatment is permissible.
  5. Non-Monetary Nature of the Two-Week Review for Anti-Wrinkle Services:The Two-Week Review service, specific to anti-wrinkle services, is offered without monetary value. Its primary purpose is to provide patients with a comprehensive evaluation of their progress.
  6. Consultation for Concerns:Patients are strongly encouraged to seek clarification or further guidance from the independent nurse prescriber regarding any concerns or queries about aftercare instructions.
  7. Patient Agreement for Anti-Wrinkle Services:By electing to undergo anti-wrinkle services at Vamped Medical Aesthetics, patients explicitly affirm their understanding and unequivocal acceptance of the aftercare instructions provided by the independent nurse prescriber. This acknowledgment underscores the utmost importance of adherence to these instructions for optimal results.


At Vamped Medical Aesthetics, the safety and well-being of our clients are paramount. To ensure safe and effective treatments, we adhere to a strict policy regarding individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

  1. Denial of Treatment:We do not provide treatments to individuals visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Clients who are unable to demonstrate the capacity to consent due to intoxication will not be treated.
  2. Capacity Consent:Clients must provide informed consent for any procedure. If alcohol or drugs impair a client's decision-making ability, treatments will not proceed to ensure the safety and well-being of the client.

Safety and Effectiveness:

Alcohol or drugs can significantly impact healing processes and the effectiveness of treatments. Therefore, to ensure optimal results and client safety, we uphold the following policies:

  1. Negative Effects Disclaimer (Pre-Appointment):Vamped Medical Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any negative effects resulting from pre-appointment alcohol or drug consumption.
  2. Negative Effects Disclaimer (Post-Appointment):Post-appointment alcohol or drug consumption may adversely affect healing processes. The company is not responsible for any resulting effects on the treatment outcome.

Rescheduling and Policy Adherence:

  1. Rescheduling:Clients who arrive under the influence will not be treated on that day and are advised to reschedule their appointments for a time when they can provide informed consent and are not under the influence.
  2. Refunds and Charges:There will be no refunds for missed appointments due to intoxication. Additionally, charges may apply for missed or refused appointments in accordance with our standard policies.


Two-Week Review Policy - 

Scheduling the Two-Week Review:

  1. Scheduling Criteria:Patients receiving services are eligible for a Two-Week Review if required. The decision for a review appointment lies at the discretion of the Independent Nurse Prescriber.
  2. Review Expiry Period:Please be aware that the window for the Two-Week Review is limited to two to six  weeks post-treatment. This timeframe is crucial for the assessment and management of any complications or incomplete treatment effectiveness.
  3. Cancellation Policy:In case a patient requires a review or needs to cancel their Two-Week Review appointment, we request a minimum notice of 48 hours.




Amendment of Booked Services Policy - Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD

Exceptions to this Policy, based on verifiable emergencies or extenuating circumstances, may be considered at the discretion of Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD. Clients seeking exceptions are required to provide documented evidence supporting their request.

By booking a treatment with Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD, clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Advanced Product Ordering and Amendment of Booked Services Policy.

No Show Policy - Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD
