Terms and Conditions: Gift Voucher

This Gift Voucher ("Voucher") is issued by Vamped Medical Aesthetics LTD ("Issuer") and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Redemption: This Voucher can only be redeemed for goods or services in Clinic at Vamped Medical Aesthetics.
• Validity: The Voucher is valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher. After this date, the Voucher will not be accepted.
• Non-transferable: The Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person it was originally gifted to.
• Identification: To redeem the Voucher, the recipient must provide satisfactory identification upon request.
• No Cash Value: The Voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or any other alternatives.
• Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The Issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Vouchers. Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
• Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable but can be redeemed for any services at Vamped Medical Aesthetics within the validity date.
• Usage Limits: Only one Voucher can be used per transaction unless otherwise specified by the Issuer.
• Restrictions: The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless specified by the Issuer.
• Modification of Terms: The Issuer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the terms and conditions of the Voucher at any time without prior notice.
• Compliance: Use of the Voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please ensure to read and understand these terms and conditions before using the Voucher.
